This Broker Prep application is a test study application allowing the user to prepare for the Customs Broker License Examination. This application has the last 7 Tests actually used on the exam. The purpose of this application is to allow the user to take actual tests under timed conditions. This will allow the user to identify weak points in finding applicable references as well as a thorough understanding of the time it takes on average per question. When you can successfully pass the previous tests in the time limits allowed you will be ready to take the real examination. Statistics are kept on your attempts at taking tests, your Exam pass Percentage (by Exam) as well as average time per question are tracked. Using this information you can identify when you are fully prepared to take the test and where you need to spend additional time learning. About the Customs Broker License Examination: The purpose of the examination, as authorized by 19 CFR 111.13(a), is to "determine the individuals knowledge of Customs and related laws, regulations and procedures, bookkeeping, accounting, and all other appropriate matters, necessary to render valuable service to importers and exporters." The Customs Broker License Examination consists of 80 multiple-choice questions. A score of 75 percent is required to pass. The examination lasts 4.5 hours.
